Brown & Forrest is a small family run business, situated in the heart of the somerset levels in Hambridge.  The restaurant and shop attract customers from miles around to sample the trationally smoked products (over 30 in total) from eel, to salmon to chicken and duck, lamb, pork trout etc.  Clientel include Fortnum & Mason, The Ivy and The Castle Hotel.

In our jewellery workshop we use dichroic glass to create handmade, unique, kiln fused glass jewellery. An offshoot of the space industry, dichroic glass filters light so that the colours within seem to change as the glass moves. The effect is stunning and dichroic glass jewellery is possibly the most wonderful fused glass jewellery you'll ever see, full of light and colour.
