Prices
All prices are in UK Pounds and are inclusive of VAT at the current applicable rate.

Availability
Our system automatically acknowledges receipt of your order, but mere acknowledgement of receipt does not constitute acceptance of your offer to purchase the item(s).

Although we endeavour to hold stock of all items on our site this cannot be guaranteed so that by acknowledging receipt of your order we are not creating a binding obligation to supply what you have ordered but which we do not have in stock.

In the event of unavailability for whatever reason we will advise you of the position when we receive your order and await your subsequent instructions.

Orders
You can order in the following ways:

1. On-line using the on-line order form.
2. By fax or by her post using a copy of the on-line order form and sending it to our contact address - (Contact us).
3. By phone using our contact telephone numbers - (Contact us).
 
Payment
We accept payment in the following ways:

1. By credit card - MasterCard, Visa or Switch
2. By cheque or postal order. Cheques should be made out to "Tom's Place".

We will not charge your credit card or bank your cheque until your order is ready to dispatch.

Delivery
We deliver to destinations within mainland UK only. Most orders will be sent out within seven days but please allow twenty-eight days for delivery.

Charges:
Order value £50.00 or less - £3.90 per delivery address.
Order value Over £50.00  - free of charge if delivered to one address.

These are our standard delivery charges, should you need express delivery please note that the indicated price is subject to final confirmation depending on actual weight and requirements.

Returns and exchanges
We aim to keep the return or exchange process as simple as possible.

We believe you will be delighted with your purchases but there may be occasions when you feel it necessary to return an item. You have a statutory right to a cooling off period of 7 days starting from the day after the receipt of your goods within which to cancel your order for whatever reason.

For any unwanted goods please advise us within 10 working days of your receipt of the goods that you wish to cancel the order and return the goods. A full refund will then be made within 30 days of receiving notice of cancellation. All you pay for is the return postage.

If you return an item to us, which is faulty, you did not order or for any other reason that is our fault we also pay you the cost of postage. If this happens, please contact us first; using the contact details on (Contact us) and we will let you know how you should return the item to us.

In the event of an item being exchanged a charge of £3.90 P&P will be levied.

You will be responsible for any return until they reach us. For your protection we suggest using a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.

Customer Support and Service
If you need to contact us our offices are open (Monday to Saturday), 9.30am - 5.30pm, outside those hours you can either leave a message on the answer phone, fax us or e-mail us using the contact details specified on (Contact us). Call charges are at normal BT rates.

We welcome all feedback about our service and try to deal with any difficulties or problems as quickly as possible. In most cases any problems can be resolved immediately by phone but if not we will advise you within 72 hours with an expected timescale for solving the issue.

Special Requests
If you have any special request please let us know at the time of ordering and we will do our utmost to help.

General
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and in the event of any dispute will be decided only by the courts of England and Wales.

The above terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
